I design with a focus on people, accessibility and clear results. Each project is developed with the user at the centre and adapted to different needs - technically, visually and functionally.

Research and analysis

I start by gathering knowledge:
- Who are the users?
- What do they need?
- What barriers do they face?
I use interviews, data analysis and observations to find the answers.

Accessibility & EAA compliance

Accessibility Check & Customisation (EU 2019/882).
Systematic review of products and services according to the European Accessibility Act 2025 and WCAG 2.1 AA: audit report, prioritised action plan, design, content and code fixes, verification and declaration.

Concept development

I develop ideas and visual concepts with a focus on:
- Clear communication
- Recognisable patterns
- Contrast, colours and readability
The design must work - also for users with impaired vision, motor skills or cognitive challenges.

Multimedia and interactive content

I create visual and audio content that supports user understanding:
- Subtitles and text options
- Clear animations without distracting movements
- Images with descriptive alt text

Target group and problem formulation

Together with the customer, I define:
- Who we speak to
- What problem we solve
- What goals we want to achieve
Everything is communicated clearly and visually simple.

Prototypes and CMS solutions

I build testable prototypes and user-friendly websites with CMS such as WordPress and Webflow.
Always on board:
- Keyboard navigation
- Mobile-friendly layout
- Code that complies with WCAG standards

User testing and feedback

I'm constantly testing with real users - also with different abilities. Feedback is used to adjust and improve the experience for everyone.

After launch, I offer:
- Technical support
- Content update
- Accessibility checks and continuous improvements
